Once we’re sure we’re the perfect fit, we’ll make it official! You’ll receive your proposal, contract, and invoice to reserve your date, and then the fun really begins.

After booking, you’ll gain access to your personalized wedding tracker and a shared group text with us. This is where we’ll stay connected, answer questions, share ideas, and keep every detail organized throughout your planning journey.

During our discovery call, we’ll dive into your vision, style, priorities, and overall wedding experience. From vendor recommendations to design inspiration, we’ll begin building a thoughtful plan that’s uniquely yours.
Discovery & Design
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll finalize timelines, confirm vendor details, review logistics, and make sure every last detail is accounted for. Our goal is for you to head into your wedding weekend feeling completely confident and excited.
Final Walk-Through
This is where everything comes to life. While you soak in every moment with the people you love, we’ll be behind the scenes managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, solving any unexpected hiccups, and making sure your day unfolds seamlessly—so all you have to do is be present.
