Once we’re sure we’re the perfect fit, we’ll make it official! You’ll receive your proposal, contract, and invoice to reserve your date, and then the fun really begins.

After booking, you’ll gain access to your personalized wedding tracker and a shared group text with us. This is where we’ll stay connected, answer questions, share ideas, and keep every detail organized throughout your planning journey.

Do you offer day-of planning?

No. While we do offer Month-of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full Planning, we intentionally do not offer true day-of coordination.

We believe the best wedding days are the result of thoughtful planning and genuine relationships. By working together in the weeks and months leading up to your celebration, we have the opportunity to get to know you, understand your vision, build relationships with your vendor team, and anticipate the details that make your day uniquely yours.

Rather than stepping in on the morning of your wedding, we join the planning process in advance so we can confidently manage every detail, advocate for you, and ensure your celebration unfolds seamlessly—allowing you to be fully present for every moment.

Do you offer floral design?

While we don’t provide floral design services, we work closely with some of the area’s most talented florists and are happy to recommend trusted vendors that align with your style and vision. Our focus is on planning, coordination, and bringing every piece of your celebration together seamlessly.

Looking for a little extra support? We also offer a variety of à la carte services, including invitation design, RSVP management, vendor sourcing, additional coordination hours, and custom design services to help personalize your planning experience.

Will you set up all of my decor?

Yes! We’ll carefully place your personal décor items, such as signage, candles, place cards, guest book displays, favors, and other decorative details, so everything is styled exactly as planned.

Please note that we do not provide floral setup or installation, as those items are handled by your professional florist. Our role is to ensure all of the finishing touches come together seamlessly, creating a cohesive and beautifully executed celebration.
